This material is one of the finest available for repairing dentures and carrying out additiions or relines. The colour stability is extremely good, the bonding strength is excellent and hard, dense repairs can be effected without the use of a pressure pot.
The material is free-flowing for about 2 minutes; it then becomes 'non-slumping'. Curing time is 15 - 17 minutes at 21 deg C

Meadway Orthodontic Material has a very fine consistent quality with good flow and working characteristics. Developed over two years, the resin is non-slumping during use with no visible shrinkage on completion.
The resin is supplied in clear form with specially prepared liquid available in clear, pink, yellow or blue colours.
The material comes in kit form comprising 1 x 450 gm powder plus 2 x 125 ml liquids, and comes complete with powder and liquid dispensing bottles incorporating custom made metal nozzles to ensure finely controlled flow during use. Alternatively, both powder and liquid may be obtained separately.
Shades available: powder - clear / liquid - Clear, pink, yellow, blue.
This material is a self-curing acrylic which has been specially formulated for the preparation of custom work impression trays.
The dough is ready for application in 30 - 45 seconds, and remains workable for 4 - 5 minutes. It is fully cured n 8 - 12 minutes from the time of mixing.
The trays produced with this material may be used with all types of impression materials. The material is also available in a slow dough.
The material is supplied in either a kit form, comprised of 800 gm powder and 500 ml liquid, or as individual items.

Rapid Repair Material has been formulated to give optimum results with Meadway Raps Repair powder. It is also used for other Meadway cold-cure products where specified.
