How can I order?
For UK based customers, we encourage you to place orders via our online shop. If you are interested in wholesale prices, are an international customer, or would like to place a large order, please contact us with your query.
How can I pay?
You can pay by most credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express.
Do you charge postage, packing and Value Added Tax (VAT)?
Yes. Postage and packaging is charged at cost. VAT is exempt on all our courses. For all other goods and services,VAT is charged at the applicable UK rate at the time.
Can I visit your offices in person to make a purchase?
Yes. Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Purchases can also be made on the weekends we are open for courses. Please call us to find out first.
How can I find out about special offers?
Special offers are announced on our News & Offers page. Our promotions are also posted on our Facebook and Twitter profiles. You can find out about exclusive offers by subscribing to our emails and newsletters.
Where can I find out how to use your acrylic powder-based products?
All material data and instruction sheets can be downloaded from the Documents page.
Do all products come with warranties? Do you offer repair services for equipment?
Only the following items are covered by 12 month warranties: Compressors, Delivery Units and Fast Hand Pieces. Warranties only valid for induvisual personal home use, not valid for use at commercial or Traning centers. In case of a fault, please contact us immediately. You will be required to return the item back to our offices at your own expense. Warranties cover faulty parts and labour only. If equipment has been brought from us and is within its 12 months warranty, we will repair the equipment under the warranty free of charge or offer an exchange. For equipment that has passed its warranty period: a fee will be charged for parts and labour. Dispatch charges will also be invoiced to the customer. We may not be able to repair equipment that has not been brought from us, as the equipment may still be under the original supplier’s warranty. Warranties do not cover wear and tear, personal damage or misuse.
How do I get to MR. Dental?
By train: Take a fast train from London Waterloo to Woking. The journey time is approximately 30 minutes. For other train services that arrive and depart from Woking station, please visit the South West Trains website.
By car: From London - follow the A3 towards Guildford. At Junction with M25 keep in right hand lanes then continue forward onto the A3. Take the next exit, signposted ‘Ripley, Send’. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Portsmouth Road - B2215. Turn right onto Send Marsh Road - B368. At the traffic signals, turn right onto the A247. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A247. Turn right onto Manor Way.
Can my online order be dispatched abroad?
No. This is because international delivery rates vary for each country. If you are ordering from aboard, or would like your order to be sent abroad, please contact us. We will calculate the freight for your goods based on the destination. We will then ask you to confirm your order via email or over the phone.
How can I find out course dates?

How can I book a course?
You need to book online. If you have any difficulties please call us for assistance.
How do I make my payment?
Please follow the online payment instructions.
Do you provide taxis?
Yes. The taxi service to and from Woking train station is optional and is included in the course fees. Please specify if you require this on your course booking form. We also provide a taxi service for those who are staying at the Holiday Inn Woking, however, if you decide to stay the night before your course at the Holiday Inn, you will need to make your way to Woking station for collection on the Friday morning.
Where is the collection / drop off points?
Please make your way to So’s Kitchen Noodle Bar situated near Woking train station car park. There are two exits at Woking train station. You will need to leave the station at the exit on platform 5. For those who stay at the Holiday Inn Woking: the taxi will meet delegates outside the hotel’s main entrance.
What time is collection?
The taxi collects delegates between 8.30-8.40am. The driver will not wait for latecomers. You may need to make your own way to the facility if you are late or miss the taxi.
I’m arriving by car. Do you have parking facilities?
Yes. We have a private car park outside our premises. Parking is free.
What time does the course start and finish?
All courses start promptly at 9am and are scheduled to finish by 5.00pm approximately.
Is lunch provided?
Yes. Lunch and refreshments are included in the course fees. We offer cold and hot food. Please specify on the course booking form if you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies. We also provide a selection of: snacks, juices, soft drinks and hot drinks. Breakfast and evening meals are not provided.
What do I need to bring?
All equipment and resources are provided. On the first day of your course, you will be provided with a note pad and pen. Please do not bring any extracted human teeth to practise on.
How many places are there per course?
Our facility caters for a maximum of 10 delegates.
Do you have a prayer room?
We do not have a specific room allocated for religious purposes. However, upon request, we will accommodate those who wish to pray and find a suitable space for them to do so. We do not provide prayer mats.
Do you have childcare facilities?
No. We cannot accommodate for children on site, nor can we arrange for childcare on your behalf.
Can I take home the tutors’ preps?
No. We cannot give the tutors’ preps to delegates, nor let pictures be taken of them. Pictures of the exercises are included in the course handouts.
Are there any promotions or discounts for those attending courses?
Yes. From time to time we will announce special offers on courses and equipment. We offer special discounts to those attending any one of our courses. Please ask our admin staff for details when you attend your course.
